Weeks 12 - "Final" weigh in...(11th January 2012)

Ok, so the 12 weeks is over....and I DIDN'T reach my goal.   ~.~
BUT I did lose quite a bit of weight AND managed to fit in (snugly at the chest) the goal dress (on NYE) that I bought before I joined the gym!!! Woot!!!
 
Week 12 - "Final" weigh in... (11th Jan) 
Weight: 71.5 kg 

Starting weight on the day I joined the gym (19th October 2011): 78.6 kg 
Total weight loss since I joined the gym: 7 kg 

Starting weight (18th August 2011): 80.3 kg  
Total weight loss: 8.8 kg

I will continue to lose the weight while I go back into the country's work force. I will continue to do the weekly updates too.

*raises my water glass* So here's to 2012! A year of change! =)

Weeks 10 & 11 - Weigh in...(28th Dec 2011 & 4th Jan 2012)

Yes, CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS Season is NOT a good time for weight loss!

I did not go to the gym for 2 weeks....
So yeah...not surprising that the weight went up.. 

At least it stayed the same for the 2nd week of not attending gym.

Week 10 - Weigh in... (28th Dec) 
Weight: 71.8 kg 

Week 11 - Weigh in... (4th Jan 2012) 
Weight: 71.8 kg 

Now I have to work extra hard for the last week.
Also, I'll be extending till the end of January.


Oh well, I can't see me at my goal weight at the end of January but I'll try my best lah.

I will be at my goal weight by this year at least!!!! HOPEFULLY!!!
