Weeks 10 & 11 - Weigh in...(28th Dec 2011 & 4th Jan 2012)

Yes, CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS Season is NOT a good time for weight loss!

I did not go to the gym for 2 weeks....
So yeah...not surprising that the weight went up.. 

At least it stayed the same for the 2nd week of not attending gym.

Week 10 - Weigh in... (28th Dec) 
Weight: 71.8 kg 

Week 11 - Weigh in... (4th Jan 2012) 
Weight: 71.8 kg 

Now I have to work extra hard for the last week.
Also, I'll be extending till the end of January.


Oh well, I can't see me at my goal weight at the end of January but I'll try my best lah.

I will be at my goal weight by this year at least!!!! HOPEFULLY!!!
