Week 16 till 21 - Weigh in...(8th Feb till 14th Mar 2012)

Ok, so I haven't been to the gym because I can't afford it for now...at least till I get a job again. 

The good thing is I've still been managing to keep the weight down. I was going to the stadium for runs at least 2 - 3 times a week but have stopped for a while due to having some sort of allergic attack (probably was bitten by some bug) and I was ill for a while too. 
 
Week 16 - Weigh in... (8th Feb) 
Weight: 72.0 kg 

Week 17 - Weigh in... (15th Feb) 
Weight: 72.1 kg
 
Week 18 - Weigh in... (22nd Feb) 
Weight: 71.2 kg 
 
Week 19 - Weigh in... (29th Feb) 
Weight: 70.9 kg 
  
Week 20 - Weigh in... (7th Mar) 
Weight: 71.9 kg 
 
Week 21 - Weigh in... (14th Mar) 
Weight: 69.1 kg 
  
Week 22 - Weigh in... (21st Mar) 
Weight: 69.1 kg
 
I think I'd managed to lose quite a bit in week 21 due to being sick...so it's not like I had worked out to lose it plus I don't know if it will stay down. My body managed to keep it down for another week though. Yay!
 
The most exciting thing is that I've not seen a '6' in front of my weight since I was 12 or 13 years old probably, so that's great! Hoping it won't go into the "70s" ever again.
 
Motivation is low though...I need to get that determination back!
For now, the important thing is to get a job.
